- California mold rules. Assessment versus remediation is split in this state. If your claim needs a third-party assessor, we say so before we open a wall.
- Drying warranty. Equipment stays until the wood is at goal. If a room we dried re-wets from the same unresolved leak, we come back. We do not warrant a pipe we did not fix.
